Suicide Bereavement Support Group

If you have suffered a loss of a loved one by suicide, struggle with previous attempts or attempts of a loved one, or suicide has had an impact on your life in anyway, We want to invite you to come to our Suicide Bereavement Support Group.

The group will be held The 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30PM at the 480 Tangent Street Lebnanon Oregon Hospital in conference 1 and 2. Please park and enter in the back of the building. There will be signs inside the hospital to help locate the meeting space. Please help us by sharing this flyer and spreading the word.
